We provide both pre-built software solutions and custom development services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your project agreement, proposal, or invoice.
Upon full payment, CronCode Technologies transfers code authority and ownership rights as outlined in the signed project terms. Until final payment is completed, all code, design assets, and project materials remain the property of CronCode Technologies.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our website and services subject to these terms.
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to pause project work, restrict deployment, or withhold source code delivery for overdue accounts.
CronCode Technologies, including its team members, partners, suppliers, and affiliates, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or goodwill.
