2. Service Commitment
CronCode Technologies commits to delivering all services and deliverables promised in the proposal, quotation, or agreement.
- Mobile applications (Android and iOS).
- Website or web platform development.
- Admin panel or dashboard.
- Source code delivery (if included in agreement).
- Technical deployment support.
- Bug fixing during the agreed maintenance period.
3. Project Execution
Once payment is received, project scheduling and development begin as per agreed timelines.
- Clients must provide required content, brand assets, and approvals on time.
- Delays caused by the client do not make the project eligible for refund.
4. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve integrations with third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, or external platforms.
- Third-party charges are not controlled by CronCode Technologies.
- Payments for third-party services are non-refundable and governed by the provider's policies.
5. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after payment, the project is treated as voluntarily terminated by the client and no refund will be issued.
Completed or partially developed modules may be shared at the sole discretion of CronCode Technologies.
